"Focus organisation - individual"
The central theme here is the design of communication processes that make the results and findings of potential assessment optimally utilisable for the company, while the personal sphere of individuals is adequately protected. Especially in the assessment of potential with people already working in the organisation, in the context of personnel development, this aspect turns into the central success factor for acceptance and sustainability of the processes within the company.
The consultants of ontalents act as coordinators of the interface between both sides and master the particular challenge of living up to both sides expectations.
Best practices include the following:
- Facilitation of assessment interviews with the interviewee and the customers (supervisors, Human Resources)
- Evaluation conferences, in which the interviewees present their own results and findings, while supported by ontalents advisers, who also ensure that all significant issues will be discussed
- Classical hearings, into which potential assessment results will be fed in an appropriate manner
- Drafting a written report by the ontalents consultant, which is approved by the interviewee and then forwarded to the organisation
- Workshops using statistical analysis of group results, in which anonymous individual results are included, i.e. in evaluating personnel development activities
