Method
Our potential tests are based on psychologically funded and sophisticated question systems.
Usually, pair comparison questions are asked. Two statements about sometimes very different areas of behaviour are made and it is not always easy to decide, which statement fits better. It is recommended, to not think too long about it but to act on instinct and pick one of the two alternatives. Clicking on one answer choice each is the condition for the next question pair to appear on screen (forced choice method).
The reward for the effort is a solid and reliable evaluation result, which delivers surprisingly accurate statements on motives, attitudes, skills and preferred practices in the professional context.
The test is held online via the Internet. The information given in response to the pair comparison questions is evaluated by underlying, complex analysis software. Date transfer is password protected encrypted.
Depending on the type of test, it takes approximately 20 to 45 minutes to complete. The test result is delivered using a predetermined process - either via email or by personal feedback interview, in which either only the candidate or - if previously agreed - a personnel decision-maker from within the company takes part.
