Principles of Consulting

Both professional consulting as well as systemically focused consulting in the context of assessing potential are key success factors for the implementation and sustainability within the company. Potential assessment is a highly sensitive topic and often underestimated. In particular the specific personal and organisational dynamics that arise in the context of testing personnel as a basis for potential assessment - contrary to traditional assessment centres - require an appropriately adapted approach.

Testing personnel in the German-speaking countries is by far not as prevalent and common as in e.g. Anglo-American or Scandinavian countries. The diversity of interests of those involved and those working with it have to be regulated in a thoughtful and reliable way by optimal processes, clear lines of communication and transparent information.
