Who we are
The ontalents team consists of experts on all
aspects of potential analysis. Consulting and organising the interaction
between individuals and organisations are central to our activities.
We
form the core of an international network of organisational
consultancies and organisational psychologists, with whom we cooperate
in project-related matters.
We offer various processes and
methods of occupational potential analysis on the bases of
psychologically-scientifically founded approaches of web-based
instruments.
We consult organisations during the implementation
of such instruments and develop individual solutions. Equally, we offer
consulting and support for individual questions about strategically
important personnel decisions.
The success story of ontalents starts in the year 1983, with the
approbation of the CAPTain technique at the University of Stockholm.
CAPTain is considered a pioneer amongst computer-based personality
tests.
With the foundation of CNT companies in Hamburg, CAPTain
was established in German-speaking countries. Over the following years,
CAPTain got distributed further- within Europe and internationally.
Developing
more products and expanding the CNT network formed the bases for future
growth potential.
In 2005, CNT | online assessment Vienna was
founded, the sole provider of CNT products and services in Austria.
2009
saw the reorganisation of CNT | online assessment into ontalents, while at the same time strategically
realigning and expanding the range of products with differentiated
consulting services in the context of potential analysis.
ontalents cooperates with the CNT companies in an
international partner network. In the process, the CNT companies in
Hamburg are responsible for the scientific development and conclude
licences to partner companies, which in turn secure sales and
distribution of CNT products and services. Apart from the CNT companies
in Hamburg, there is CNT Munich, CNT Moscow and ontalents in Austria.
Reliability
and IT development, maintenance, server support and safeguarding the
data transfer is done by IT-experts in Stockholm.
The head
office, Jensen International & Co., which holds the rights for
CAPTain, has its seat in London.
